Overall: Our comprehensive load management running program is designed not only to reach your marathon PR, but to ensure that you are strong and injury resilient during and after completing the marathon. You will have a Board Certified Physical Therapist, USATF Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach who will monitor your training load and by your side to help you manage your training through strengthening, recovery, load and stress management.

Competitor: Competitor provides an assessment from a board certified Physical Therapist who will assess your running mechanics and provide areas of improvement through a 30 minute Zoom session and provide 1 month of our strengthening program to address your weakness. You will also have follow up emails to check the progress you have made.

Elite

  • Once per month Video Assessment
  • Strengthening Program
  • One 30 minute Video Conference
  • Email correspondence
  • Load Management Programming focusing on:
    • Mental stresses
    • Speed
    • Strength
    • Complete review of running program
  • Recovery integration
    • Pilates, yoga, stretching, relaxation, meditation
NYC Marathon Elite

Elite: Along with the Competitor benefits, you will also have an customized load management program which addresses factors such as recovery, load and stress management to help you build a strong body and develop the marathon mindset to get you ready for race day.
