Daniella graduated from the University of Delaware in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University Brooklyn in 2023 where she was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award.
During her graduate studies, Daniella had the opportunity to complete clinical rotations in a variety of settings including sports performance in New Jersey, inpatient rehabilitation at Brooklyn Methodist, and inpatient orthopedics abroad in Italy.
As a student, Daniella discovered a passion for Pilates and its positive impact on mind and body. She became a certified full apparatus and mat instructor through Gramercy Pilates School in New York City. Daniella expertly skillfully incorporates her Pilates expertise to guide her patients toward safely regaining strength and mobility.
