Prior to pursuing physical therapy, Katie attended Temple University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Having a background in dance, Katie understands the physical demands and nuances of movement in this art form. She integrates this knowledge into her practice, focusing on tailored rehabilitation programs that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Throughout her career as a physical therapist and personal trainer, Katie has worked in various settings, including outpatient clinics and sports facilities, where she has successfully guided patients and clients through their recovery and fitness journeys. Her holistic approach combines hands-on treatment with strength training techniques, empowering individuals to achieve their
personal fitness goals.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, taking dance classes, going to concerts, hiking, and exploring the city, further fueling her dedication to wellness and movement. She believes in the power of physical therapy not just as a means to recover, but as a pathway to
enhance performance and improve quality of life.
