Jeffrey was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and discovered his passion for physical therapy at the age of 12 while attending PT sessions with his mother. He went on to attend Ohio Wesleyan University, where he majored in Exercise Science and played varsity basketball. After completing his undergraduate studies, Jeffrey returned to New York to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from NYU.
With a strong foundation in exercise science, Jeffrey integrates principles of exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and tailored exercise prescription into his physical therapy practice. He believes in treating each patient as a unique individual, taking into account the circumstances that have brought them to his care.
Outside of his work at Cynergy, Jeffrey enjoys playing basketball in local NYC parks and recreational leagues. A photography enthusiast, he owns eight SLR film cameras and one DSLR camera, and he enjoys capturing cityscapes, portraits, and photo journalistic scenes. To unwind, Jeffrey practices yoga and finds peace watching sunsets.
