Sports Athletic Training with Alvin Dike, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS (Individual):
We teach athletes, of varying experience, how to move so that they gain a better understanding of how their bodies are meant to function within their specific sport. Starting with a performance assessment, Alvin uses his 3-step plan to create an individualized program with customized coaching that works. We consider everything from the athlete’s position, team dynamics, player utilization, and even minutes played when pioneering the athlete’s program. All the aspects of an athlete’s program will play a role in improving the athlete’s mindset, improving athletic qualities, reducing the risk of injury, and ultimately optimizing performance.
Assessments were designed from the most advanced orthopedic, physiology, biomechanics, and biopsychosocial models that have been deemed valid and reliable.
Youth & Adult Development Training with Dominick Vilsaint (Group):
Our goal is to provide athletes with the fundamental skills that are needed to succeed and maximize performance in their respective sport. We have the ability to provide periodic and individualized programs that will develop strength and improve linear acceleration and multi-directional speed. We aim to improve athletes’ athletic profiles and identify “red flags” or movement patterns that put athletes at risk. We will target weak links and implement corrective strategies that will improve movement efficiency and ultimately help them reach performance potential.
Youth Age Requirements: 10-18 years old
Adult Age Requirements: 19 years and older
