Bridgit graduated from Elon University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and International Studies. After college, she followed her dream of moving to New York City, initially launching a career in digital marketing. In 2016, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program which set her on a path to eventually make a 180-degree career pivot towards physical therapy. She found that physical therapy joins her passion for studying movement with a human connection.

Bridgit received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Hunter College in New York City. She has completed clinical affiliations in acute bedside, neurological inpatient, and outpatient settings with a specialty focus on pelvic floor physical therapy.

She has completed extensive continuing education coursework through Herman & Wallace (Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute).

As a seasoned pelvic floor physical therapist, Bridgit is committed to empowering her patients on their journey to pelvic health. Her specialized expertise covers a wide range of conditions, including pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, incontinence, and general orthopedics. Bridgit's holistic approach considers the interconnectedness of the body and focuses on restoring function and quality of life.

When she's not transforming lives in the clinic, Bridgit enjoys exploring her passions outside of work. An avid traveler, runner, and culinary enthusiast, she finds inspiration from diverse experiences. You might also spot her in the park, enjoying long walks with her canine companion or spending quality time with friends and family.
