Karina is a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist who earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Psychology from Rutgers University in 2020 before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Long Island University in 2023. Since then, she has been practicing in orthopedics, with a focus on sports injuries and pelvic floor physical therapy.

As a strong advocate for women’s health, Karina is dedicated to providing comprehensive care through every stage of life, whether pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, postpartum, or for overall pelvic wellness. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, addressing the whole person to foster meaningful progress. Karina blends manual therapy with individualized strength training strategies, empowering patients to recover, build resilience, and reach their personal fitness goals.

During her graduate studies, Karina gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and nursing homes, which deepened her versatility as a provider. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kitten, practicing Pilates, being with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling. She carries a strong passion for overall health and is committed to helping others improve their quality of life.
