Jared was born and raised in Queens, NY, and discovered his passion for physical therapy at an early age due to his mom being an occupational therapist, experiencing firsthand the world of rehab and patient care. He would go on to complete a combined 3+3 program at the University of Buffalo, where he received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Jared grew up playing sports, primarily basketball and running track, and has recently picked up weightlifting. With his athletic background and knowledge gained from his clinical studies at
ADPT, he utilizes his understanding of sport-specific biomechanics and functional movement patterns to provide targeted interventions aimed at reducing pain, enhancing mobility and functional strength, and returning to an improved quality of life.
