Amie Sue received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. While completing her degree, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to pursuing her DPT, Amie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Integrative Biology and a minor in Toxicology.

Amie’s interest in movement stems from her background in various dance disciplines, including ballet, pointe, and contemporary dance. Through shadowing various clinics during her undergraduate studies, she found that physical therapy allowed her to combine her interests in healthcare and movement. Amie values taking an individualized approach when treating each patient to guide their recovery process to return to activities they enjoy. She believes treatments should be a collaborative experience to meet the patient’s goals.

Amie enjoys taking dance classes, trying new restaurants with friends, and attending live music performances in her free time.
