Olivia Gregorio earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. During her time at NYU, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and worked in the fitness industry. At NYU, she also participated in research for strength training interventions for the inpatient geriatrics, in addition to earning her certification as a Rock Steady Boxing Clinician, through which she utilizes boxing as an intervention for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

Prior to NYU, Olivia earned her B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University, where she also captained the NCAA Division I Cross Country team. Olivia combines her background in running, soccer, and tennis with her clinical experience in treating youth baseball, basketball, and elite track and field athletes.

She values applying the athlete’s mindset to individuals of all levels, in addition to promoting self-advocacy within the plan of care.

Olivia also possesses experience in concussion management, through which she has treated individuals who have suffered from both acute athletic injury and chronic, post-concussive symptoms. Through individualized care, she has helped patients with vestibular dysfunction return to daily activities without dizziness and loss of balance.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys cooking, taking Pilates classes, weight training, and thrifting. She can usually be found running around Jersey City with her dog, Stormy.
