Do I need to see a doctor before making an appointment at Cynergy?

You can see a physical therapist for an evaluation initially, then you must see a physician and obtain a prescription for treatment. We can always help you find the appropriate doctor for your injury or complaint.

What insurance do you accept?

We work with all PPO’s and are in Network with UnitedHealthCare, PHCS, Amerihealth, MPN, and Medicare.

Should I bring my X-rays and MRI reports?

If you have them, absolutely. Though if you don’t, we can request these from your doctor.

Do you accept major credit cards?

Cynergy accepts cash, checks and mastercard/visa.

What do I need to wear for my appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You can bring shorts and a t-shirt and leave them here for the duration of your therapy. You don’t necessarily need to wear sneakers unless you are working on high agility training. You will find that out at your first visit.
